A Dallas Summer with A Boss

Kadeem and Carmen had the perfect relationship until they didn’t. Five years ago, he chose the streets, and she chose to leave Dallas and build a different life for herself.

This summer, Carmen is back in Dallas to help take care of her grandmother and escape the drama waiting for her at home. While she’s there, she’ll learn that old feelings never really die. They just fade into the background until you’re forced to face them again.

Now the boss of the Dallas streets, Kadeem has everything he’s ever wanted except the woman he was building it all for. Running into Carmen feels like more than a coincidence. It’s a second chance at what could’ve been, and he’s not letting it slip away again.

Can Kadeem and Carmen finally get their happily ever after, or will some things never change?
